How can Claribi help my business?
Claribi accelerates time-to-insight across your organization. It bypasses the common challenge of manual report navigation by enabling users to query your Power BI ecosystem using natural language. Beyond simple data retrieval, Claribi also surfaces insights from related reports, helping users perform deeper analysis and understand the 'why' behind their data.
How long does it take to set up Claribi?
Setup takes just minutes. Simply create a project, upload your Power BI report metadata, and you can start asking questions once it's processed.
Do I need to be a Power BI administrator to use Claribi?
No. You only need permission to access the Power BI metadata for the initial setup. End-users don't need any special admin rights to ask questions.
Is my data secure on Claribi?
Yes, security is foundational to our design. Your raw data is never ingested, copied, or processed. Claribi only reads your report metadata (column names, titles, etc.), which is stored securely in an encrypted environment. All access respects your existing Microsoft and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
What counts as a "query" in the pricing plans?
A query is defined as any single question or command submitted to the Claribi AI. For example, "Show me last quarter's sales in London" counts as one query.
Can I customize AI usage limits?
Our Gold and Elite plans include a generous number of queries per user, per month. For organizations with more extensive needs our Enterprise plan offers customizable query limits and unlimited users with BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option.
What kind of support is available if I need help?
All of our plans include email assistance, with priority and chat support available in higher-tier plans.
